Shipping Policy

At Loops® Pop Inc (Loops® Lab's official US distributor), we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the following information regarding our shipping process:

Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
  • During high volume periods, processing times may be extended by a few days.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
  • International Shipping: Currently not available

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website or our order tracking page.

Shipping Delays

If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international shipments.

Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policies:

Returns
  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Certain products, such as customized items, perishable goods, and some sale items, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description for more details. Items marked as ‘final sale’ (non-returnable) will be clearly noted on their individual product pages. All other items follow the return policy outlined above.
Return Process
  1. Contact our customer service team at info@loopslab.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Package the item securely and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Drop the package off at your nearest carrier location.
Refunds
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-10 days.
Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@loopslab.com.
Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • In cases where Loops Pop Inc. is responsible for the error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We issue a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned item(s).
